Beijing 3DBraiding Co. Ltd is focusing on the development of 3D braiding machines and the manufacture of performs of 3D braided composites. The 3D rotatory braiding machine, which adopted modular organization technology, has overcome the obstacles of the low efficiency of 3D braided composites manufacturing and has gained considerable advantages on automatic manufacture, producing cost, size of performs and stability of performances. 3D-full-5directional preforms can strength the weakness of axial performances of early 3D braided composites. The main products of our company are two kinds 3D braiding machine：Rectangular type and circular type .Rectangular type 3D braiding machines are suitable to braid rectangular and combined rectangular 3D preforms, such as “ T、Π、□、L、T ” etc. The size and shape of the machines can be changed and expanded by users for different needs, and we can also provide upgrades service to our customers .Circular type 3D braiding machines are suitable to braid pipe performs with different cross section shapes ,such as O、□、Δ、airfoil shape etc. All of them may be either equal or different in section and thickness.
